Your Job Koch Fertilizer's Beatrice, Nebraska facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help improve the reliability and performance of industrial process equipment. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment while applying precision and predictive maintenance practices and identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done. This flexible day-shift position may work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday. Overtime and callouts are part of the role. Our Team The maintenance team partners closely with Operations and the Instrumentation & Electrical discipline to identify priorities, solve equipment challenges, and support plant initiatives. Team members share knowledge, build new capabilities, and pursue safer, more reliable, and more efficient maintenance practices.
