What You'll Do:
- Process web orders, maintain accurate customer records, review sales documentation, and ensure confidential handling of test results.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website contact forms, providing product information, order updates, after-sales support, and complaint resolution.
- Qualify leads, support sales onboarding, follow up with prospective and existing customers, and assist with order completion and payment processing.
- Research sales and reporting issues, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, identify process improvements, and provide backup support to the sales team.
- Coordinate testing logistics, including locating collection facilities, preparing testing packages, and maintaining compliance with applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Proven inside sales experience
- 2+ years of sales/sales support experience
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel (Client Services/Billing)
- 2+ years of experience in general computer operations
- 2+ years of phone presence and experience handling a large volume of inbound calls per day.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration
- Experience working with Claritysoft or similar CRM
- Experience in the drug testing industry
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (All)
- Typing proficiency 45 wpm with 95% accuracy (Client Services/Billing)
- Communication proficiency - Strong listening skills.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently complete data entry.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a sales/office environment while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
