At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are hiring an Oracle Environment Manager to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency. You'll own the Oracle Fusion Cloud environments that every team depends on: availability, release schedules, refreshes, configuration migrations, deployments, integration dependencies, and production readiness. This is not a traditional DBA role. It's for a senior professional who keeps a complex implementation running on schedule and wants to grow with a program for years.
Why AI Matters Here
AI is central to how this team delivers, at every level. We want environment managers who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to analyze Oracle quarterly update impacts, build and maintain release calendars and deployment checklists, track dependencies, draft status reports, and troubleshoot environment issues. Senior team members also help early-career colleagues use AI well. Be ready to show us how AI has made your work faster and better.
What You Will Do
- Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud environments across DEV, TEST, SIT, UAT, Training, Production, and related environments.
- Maintain an integrated environment and release calendar.
- Coordinate environment refreshes, including production-to-test refreshes.
- Coordinate Oracle quarterly updates and evaluate impacts to project activities.
- Manage configuration migration and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate environment requirements across functional, technical, integration, reporting, security, conversion, and testing teams.
- Track environment availability, outages, dependencies, and conflicts.
- Coordinate OIC, PaaS, reporting, security, and external-system environment dependencies.
- Coordinate secure connectivity between agency systems and the cloud environment.
- Support release and cutover planning.
- Manage deployment checklists and production readiness activities.
- Coordinate Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and environment-related issues.
- Maintain environment documentation and status reporting.
- Use AI tools to accelerate impact analysis, planning, and reporting, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.

- Experience with environment refreshes, release management, deployment management, and quarterly updates.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, OIC, OCI/PaaS, and integration dependencies.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, performance testing, and production cutovers.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, planning, documentation, or problem solving.
Preferred Experience
- Federal financial management or federal ERP modernization experience.
- Experience in multi-agency or shared services environments.
- Oracle Cloud or ITIL certification.
What You'll Gain
- A leading role on a decade-long federal modernization program.
- Ownership of the environment and release strategy for a major federal agency.
- Long-term stability with growing scope, responsibility, and leadership opportunity.
- Experience leading AI-enabled delivery on a high-profile federal program.
What Success Looks Like
- Environments are available when teams need them, with conflicts caught early.
- Refreshes, migrations, and quarterly updates run on schedule with minimal disruption.
- Cutovers and production deployments go live cleanly.
- You use AI to plan and report faster, and help junior team members do the same.
