Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.

You'll lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables capabilities in a complex federal financial environment. This role offers senior consultants the chance to shape a program from the ground up and grow with it for years.

AI is central to how this team delivers, at every level. We want consultants who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to speed up fit-gap analysis, draft functional designs and specifications, build test scenarios, troubleshoot defects, and document configurations. • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality.
• Support Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality.
• Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs.
• Configure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier processes, invoice processing, matching, and payment functionality.
• Support integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions.
• Support data conversion and validation.
• Develop and execute SIT/UAT scenarios and resolve functional defects.
• Support deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization.
• Document configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and testing, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.

• 5 years of Oracle ERP Financials/Procurement experience.
• Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle approval workflows/BPM.
• Experience with FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, and conversions from a functional perspective.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, or problem solving.

• Federal financial management experience.
• Knowledge of FIBF, USSGL, or federal reporting requirements.
• Experience with shared services or federal ERP modernization.

• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility (background investigation required)

Salary: $140k-150k (commensurate with experience)
