Scheduling, Finance & Cost Controls Integration:

  • Design the integration between Oracle Fusion PPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) for WBS, activities, resources, progress, and actuals, so schedule, cost, and progress stay in sync.
  • Partner with the Finance architecture team to align project accounting with the General Ledger, chart of accounts, and Oracle EPM (EPBCS planning and ARCS reconciliation).
  • Design the project controls reporting that brings schedule, cost, and forecast data together for project and portfolio reviews.

Enterprise Integrations & Planning:

  • Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion PPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), InEight, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle Fusion CX, Oracle EPM, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Design the estimate-to-budget, pursuit-to-project, and project-to-supply-chain workflows to ensure seamless data flow across the project lifecycle.
  • Support resource, material, equipment, and asset planning processes that drive aggregate supply planning and S&OP activities.
  • Partner with Finance and Project Controls teams to align project accounting, forecasting, scheduling, and portfolio reporting requirements.
  • Own the project master data design (projects, customers, suppliers, items, assets, and employee data sourced from Workday) to keep one source of truth across the Oracle ecosystem.

Stakeholder Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead design workshops and advise stakeholders on solution options, architecture decisions, trade-offs, and roadmap priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Process Owners, and system integrator partners to align process, solution, and data requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of project management, cost management and project controls, scheduling, and reporting in an enterprise environment.
