As a Virtual Education Specialist, you'll connect with healthcare professionals, deliver meaningful educational messaging, and build relationships that drive awareness and business results.

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment. Customers include but are not limited to physicians and other healthcare providers, as well as key clinic personnel. In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can...

  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets to deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads.
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness.
  • Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel.
  • Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.

You are a great fit if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
  • Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
  • Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
  • Strong CRM proficiency
  • Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
  • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
