The Advisor for NISS Partnerships will organize and manage customized support for NISS partner institutions through its high-touch services of peer coaching and cohort membership. The position provides ongoing, personalized attention and customized implementation assistance based on the institution's or the cohort's unique and shared characteristics and challenges. This includes the development and delivery of a customized diagnostic playbook specific to the partner institution's.

The office is located at GSU's downtown Atlanta campus.

The position's work schedule is in-office five days per week.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the Director of NISS partnerships in the delivery of the high touch services and programs provided by the NISS, including

  • coaching services, cohort management, and partner institution engagement.

  • Provides ongoing, personalized attention and customized implementation assistance based on the institution's or the cohort's

  • unique and shared characteristics and challenges.

  • Conduct seminars and workshops for program participants and partner institutions.

  • Assist in the coordination of diagnostic playbook customization for each program participant and conduct assessments of program

  • effectiveness.

  • Maintain NISS program files and prepares a variety of reports on institutional partner learning and program implementation outcomes.

  • Provide in-person and virtual learning modules through classroom training and one-on-one engagements.

  • Work with subject matter experts to develop and deliver program curriculum and learning modules.

Qualifications :

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
