Under moderate supervision, responsible for conducting semi-routine tests and equipment setups. Microscopy Technician involves monitoring processes, analyzing test data, and supporting Microscopy Engineers.`

Duties and Responsibilities

The statements below describe the essential duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.

• Analyzes test data and prepares more detailed reports (charts, graphs) for engineering review.
• Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators to ensure process adherence.
• Perform routine preventative and unscheduled maintenance to support equipment reliability.
• Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams.
• Set up and calibrate processing equipment for test runs.
• Conduct technical tests and experiments of moderate complexity.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on processing equipment.
• Effective communication for internal collaboration.
• Good analytical skills with ability to collect and interpret test data.
• Moderate decision-making skills within defined guidelines.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor process principles and equipment operation.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant industry experience
