Seasonal Manufacturing Assembler Position Details

• Location: Lake City, MN
• Starting Pay: $22.00- $24.00 per hour (based on skills & experience)
• Assignment details:
  • Seasonal assignment ends 2/12/2026
  • This assignment will be employed by partnered temporary staffing agency
• Shift details: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Core Hours)
  • 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday)
  • OT as needed on Friday

Assembler Duties Include

• Assembly line & work cell positions to build gas fireplaces
• Using small hand & power tools
• Operating small machines
• Job rotation
• Testing and packaging of finished goods
• Forming of various metals
• Repetitive work at a fast pace

Job Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
• Working with hands & finger dexterity
• Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits
• Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
