SUMMARY The Video Producer I shoots, edits, and produces digital-first short-form, long-form, and branded video content for the New England Patriots. Working collaboratively with Social Media, Public Relations, and other Content team members, the Video Producer develops and executes content that engages, informs, and entertains fans across multiple platforms. The role independently executes assigned video projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining established creative, technical, and brand standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce, shoot, and edit assigned short-form, long-form, episodic, documentary-style, and branded video content from concept through final delivery, including coverage of games, events, interviews, and other productions, while maintaining established storytelling, creative, technical, and brand standards.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for assigned productions, including player and talent interviews, storyboards, scripts, shot lists, and other production requirements.
- Execute on all phases of post-production requirements, including video editing, motion graphics, audio editing and mixing, and other creative elements necessary to deliver platform-ready content.
- Produce and adapt video assets for digital, social, marketing, promotional, broadcast, sponsorship, and in-stadium use based on intended audience, platform, and project requirements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of social and digital series, branded content, and tentpole-event programming in collaboration with the Content team.
- Maintain production assets in accordance with established footage-ingest, logging, archival, and file-management standards.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in film, video production, sports broadcasting, or a related field preferred; an equivalent portfolio of relevant professional work may be considered in lieu of the preferred degree.
- 4+ years of professional video production experience.
- Demonstrated storytelling ability with experience producing, shooting, and editing video content from concept through final delivery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, with experience in video editing, motion graphics, audio editing, mixing, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency with professional digital cinema cameras including but not limited to the Sony FX3/6/9 line, lighting, audio recording and monitoring equipment, video ingest and logging, transcoding, and common video codecs, formats, and standards.
- Understanding of social and digital video trends, platform requirements, and mobile-first content.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple assignments and deadlines within established production standards.
- Knowledge of NFL rules, history, gameplay, teams, and players.
- Passion for the intersection of sports and pop culture preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds overhead, including camera and production equipment.
