      What you'll do

      The senior accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles to analyze financial information; designing and ensuring

      appropriate accounting controls; developing procedures to update financial systems; and, preparing financial reports and

      statements.

      What you can expect

      • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
      • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
      • Prepare financial management reports
      • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
      • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
      • Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
      • Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process with internal and external auditors
      • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
      • Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
      • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
      • Ad Hoc reporting as needed
      • Other duties as assigned

      What you'll bring

      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
      • 2-5 years of experience
      • CPA and/or MBA (a plus)
      • Ability to deal with exceptional issues

      Salary Range:

      $75,325.00 - $125,500.00

      The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
