Instructional Paraprofessional

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Instructional Paraprofessional at Richfield High School for the 2026-2027 school year, working with students in grades 9-12.

Requirements:
Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation; having 1 of the 3 listed below:

1. Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcripts).
2. Have an Associate's degree or higher (Transcripts).
3. Obtained a passing score on the MN-approved assessment ParaPro test or ParaEducator, which measures math and reading skills (Certificate).

• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish preferred.
• Experience working in a K-12 or similar environment is preferred.

Hourly Rate: $23.83-$27.02 (Based on education and experience).
