Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions. Basic math and counting skills for order accuracy and inventory tasks. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse systems, or shipping software is a plus. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong dependability. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting and meet productivity goals. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift, carry, move, and handle warehouse products throughout the workday. Ability to work safely in a distribution center environment. Ability to perform physically active work at a consistent pace. Job Duties Pick apparel, luggage, and other products accurately from warehouse locations based on customer orders. Verify item numbers, quantities, and order details to ensure order accuracy. Pack products according to company standards and inspect items for quality before shipment. Label, stage, and prepare orders for outbound shipping and delivery. Load, unload, move, organize, and store inventory throughout the facility. Support receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse operations. Maintain accurate records, follow safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized.
