In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population in an acute care setting. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Medical Surgical RN Responsibilities Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Ensure patient rights, safety, and confidentiality are maintained Delegate and evaluate care provided by other direct caregivers Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans Why Choose Medical Surgical Nursing?
