Job Duties Receive, store, move, pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment. Verify inventory quantities, product quality, and order accuracy. Replenish stock and maintain organized warehouse storage locations. Load and unload trailers while following safety and quality standards. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipping issues. Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Ability to use warehouse technology, scanners, and inventory systems. Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 65 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Ability to load and unload materials in varying warehouse conditions. Ability to work in environments with changing temperatures, dust, and noise.
