Global Director, HR Business Partner - Global Sales & Marketing

As a strategic HR leader. the Global Director, HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer) and their leadership teams. This role is both a player-coach and a strategic partner - driving organizational effectiveness by aligning business goals with people strategies. With a primary focus on high-value HR delivery, you'll bring data-driven insights and decisive thinking to every engagement, helping shape culture, talent, and organizational design at the highest levels of the business.

Serve as the primary HR partner to C-suite executives, influencing at the highest levels to align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR support across global business functions.
• Architect and drive large-scale organizational design, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with Finance, Recruiting, and senior leadership.
• Act as an executive coach and strategic advisor, strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness across the organization.
• Design and implement strategies for culture evolution, employee engagement, and change management.
• Use data and insights to drive evidence-based decisions that build a sustainable bench of high-performing, engaged, and retained talent.

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HRBP role and 3+ years leading an HRBP team supporting senior executives.
• Demonstrated success driving organizational design, talent transformation, and change management in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Strong executive presence with a proven ability to coach and influence C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Experience managing a team of HRBPs in a global, data-driven technology organization.
• Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a global technology company supporting executive-level stakeholders.

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Proven success leading cross-functional talent initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and DEI programs.
• Experience designing talent strategies for both commercial growth and low-cost region (LCR) talent sourcing.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the agility to move seamlessly from vision to execution.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of navigating complex organizational dynamics.
