A Day in the Life on CeraVe! The #1 Skincare Brand in the US, Developed with Dermatologists, with products for your head-to-toe skin barrier needs, and hacking global culture one moment at a time! On the Global team, based in New York, you will report to the North America Accelerator and partner with the Director of Global Business Development to drive CeraVe's performance:

  • Global Brand Performance & Tracking: Help shape the brand's strategic direction by monitoring global performance trends, driving monthly market performance reviews and ad hoc analysis.
  • Worldwide Pricing Architecture: Play a direct role in building a cohesive global framework by defining and maintaining consistent category-level price ladders across key regions.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Keep a sharp pulse on the global skincare and haircare landscape by mapping competitor media strategies, sellout performance, and innovations to spot new opportunities.
  • Activation Alignment: Help bring global brand strategies to life by coordinating and organizing high-impact activation plans across key international markets.
  • Campaign Learnings & Insights: Transform local market successes into shared global knowledge by reviewing post-campaign results, identifying what drove impact, and sharing actionable learnings.
  • Ecom Accelerator: Become a key reference in driving analysis and performance monitoring of the WW Online brand performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently receiving or enrolled in an advanced graduate degree (Master's) program.
  • Must be able to work 36.25 hours per week.
  • Highly analytical mindset, comfortable with and curiosity for data and consumer insights.
  • Analytical Thinking: Synthesizing complex market data into clear business insights and action plans.
  • Market Intelligence: Spotting trends and monitoring competitor campaigns.

Compensation

  • Competitive Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00, hourly (actual compensation depends on experience, skill level, and geographic location)
