TSC is seeking a Lead Electronics Technician located in our Huntsville, AL to support our production division. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level to support product reliability and repair, diagnosing issues in both RF and digital systems and restoring failed units to full functionality. Accurately and effectively log, interpret, and analyze test data to identify trends, collaborating with peers to drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Work closely with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process enhancements, while communicating proactively with management and team members to align on goals and improve throughput. Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems to ensure accuracy and repeatability, clearly presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adapt effectively within a dynamic manufacturing environment, responding to shifting priorities and production demands. Required Qualifications:
