Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for the National Transit
Institute. The Senior Program Coordinator reports to the Operations and Training Delivery Manager at the National Transit Institute (
NTI).
NTI develops and delivers training programs for transit professionals throughout the United States.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Manages assigned projects and training activities to meet NTI's annual work program deliverables.
- Coordinates course scheduling and delivery, project timelines, data tracking and analysis, reporting, and other project-related activities.
- Coordinates staff and other resources assigned to projects and works with government agencies, University personnel, transit agencies, instructors, consultants, and vendors to support successful project and training delivery.
- Represents NTI at industry meetings, committees, and conferences.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in transportation, planning, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Two years of experience in a related field.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Immunization Requirements
