Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise ART vision and strategy
• Develop ART governance frameworks and lead high-impact programs
• Identify Risk Management Planning at the Enterprise level
• Lead Agile transformation at scale across departments
• Represent organization in industry forums and Agile communities
• Mentor other RTEs and Agile leaders
• Influence investment decisions in Agile tools and practices
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging Agile methodologies
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical experience in Agile delivery and leadership
• Recognized expert in ART frameworks and transformation
• Published thought leader or speaker in Agile forums
• Experience influencing enterprise strategy
• Visionary leadership in Agile strategy
• Expert in Agile innovation and enterprise transformation
• Strong influence across executive and industry levels
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• SAFe RTE, Leading SAFE, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant Certifications

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• CSPO, PMI, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, CSPO or other advanced Agile Certification
