Job Duties

• Support production and manufacturing operations as assigned
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Assist machine operators and production team members
• Perform material handling, production support, and general manufacturing tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Monitor product quality and report issues as needed
• Support team goals and production schedules
• Cross-train for potential advancement into Machine Operator positions

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Bundler Operator Assistant.

Physical Capabilities

• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
