Optum Behavioral Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide integrated behavioral health services within Summit Medical Group primary care practices. Working as part of the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), this role delivers evidence-based treatment to adult and pediatric patients (ages 10+) while partnering closely with primary care providers and psychiatric consultants to improve whole-person health outcomes. Position Highlights Embedded behavioral health role within Summit Medical Group primary care practices Treat adult and pediatric patients (ages 10+) using brief, evidence-based interventions Collaborative Care Model with multidisciplinary team support In-person and virtual patient care delivery Focus on measurement-based care, care coordination, and improved patient outcomes Required Qualifications Active Tennessee behavioral health license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) 1+ years of behavioral health treatment experience Experience assessing and treating common mental health conditions Comfortable providing brief interventions within a multidisciplinary, team-based care environment
