SUMMARY: Responsible for completing quality assurance reviews within the Operations Shared Services Department. This includes review of all signature cards and other related documents for all new deposit accounts and/or existing deposit accounts with recent changes and customer CIP information. Responsibilities will also include review of deposit accountholds. Ensuresaccurateandtimelyprocessing of account reviews whichincludesnew accounts, account changes, and holds. Collaborates with peers and leaders effectively. Demonstrates a willingness to change processes and technological capabilities. Willingness to learn new systems and processingin order tostreamline and scale work. Performs work within customer service level expectations and key vendor processing timelines. Performs daily work as defined with accuracy. Reviews and interprets account requirements for new and revised signature cards to ensure all documentation standards are met and properly followed, including documentation for businesses, POA, trusts, etc. Verifies completeness and accuracy of required account documentation, ensuring all uploaded files meet regulatory, procedural, and policy expectations. Confirms ownership details byvalidatingthat all owners, signers, and authorized parties are correctlyidentifiedand documented. Validates Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements,ensuringall CIP elements are accurately recorded on the signature card and within the system. Ensures consistency between system records and electronic documents,identifyingdiscrepancies. Reviews deposit account holds for compliance with Regulation CC, ensuring hold types, amounts, and availability timelines are applied correctly and documented appropriately. Provides support to banking centers as needed related to errors and corrections. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance trainingin a timely manner. Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, workethicand attitude. Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to management, bank employees and bank customers in a collaborative andsolutions-oriented manner. Ability to interact effectively withinteamand with customers they service. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet critical deadlines as defined. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Team player with a positive outlook. Demonstratedproficiencyin basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office andabilityto learn various applications. Ability to learn various Banking Software programs. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)required. Banking experiencepreferred. | |
