Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree preferred in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field. Work Experience Education can be substituted for experience. Required: 8 years Progressive experience in IT, IT Business Partnership, Business Relationship Management, or a related field. Progressive experience in leadership or management roles, leading five or more employees. Preferred: 3 year's experience in a large, complex healthcare organization. Prefer experience in organizational change management (OCM). Prefer experience managing demand intake and business case development processes Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) Adept at business intelligence Adept at problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) Adept at digital literacy Licenses/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Certification in Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within one year of hire date Preferred: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), Organizational Change Management (OCM), or related disciplines Level of Responsibility Leadership & Talent: Primarily manages professional level employees. Responsible for work and results of direct reports. Over one (1) functional area. Communication & Influence: May influence outside of own department, while balancing internal, divergent objectives to gain cooperation of other parties. Requires advanced knowledge of a specific discipline and broad knowledge of related job areas. Organizational Impact: Plans and establishes goals and objectives for a team of professional staff and/or one or more large teams of operational or functional staff to accomplish outcomes that have direct impact on department results. Contributes to tactical and operational, functional, and/or business plans with short-to mid-term impact on department results (e.g., 1 to 3 years). May have budget accountability for area of responsibility, or manage elements of the budget. Knowledge & Experience: Understands practical management approaches such as management of workflow, quality review, coaching, and performance management. Requires advanced knowledge of a specific discipline and broad knowledge of related job areas. Problem Solving: Uses judgment based on practice and precedence. Interpersonal Skills: Developed communication skills to exchange complex information.
