What You'll Do
As a Parenting and Family Support Case Manager serving Milwaukee and Waukesha, you will be part of our Supported Parenting Program. This home-based family support program prepares, strengthens, and supports parents who are navigating challenging life circumstances. The families we serve are often adjusting to new parenthood, building routines, supporting their child's development, and balancing the many demands of raising a young child. You will work directly with families in their homes to promote positive parenting, healthy parent-child relationships, and long-term family well-being.

• Provide In-Home Family Support: Visit parents, first-time parents, and families with children who may benefit from additional support, helping them build positive outcomes at home.
• Create Individualized Family Plans: Develop personalized plans that help parents build confidence in caring for their children and strengthen their self-esteem.
• Educate on Child Growth and Development: Teach parents about child development and reinforce healthy, positive parenting skills in everyday life.
• Strengthen Family Relationships: Help all members of the family work through tension and conflict around co-parenting, visitation, discipline, and other challenges.
• Reduce Barriers to Stability: Empower parents to meet their children's developmental needs and connect families with the support they need to thrive.

Salary & Benefits

$45,000-$47,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, such as Human Development and Family Studies, Human Services, or Sociology, required.
• At least six months of experience in a social service or health care setting required; 2+ years preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle liability insurance of $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident required.
