What You'll Do
As a Hoarding Interventionalist, you will be part of Catholic Charities' Hoarding Intervention and Treatment Program, the only program of its kind in the nation. The program takes a holistic approach to helping individuals with indicators of hoarding disorder create safe, stable housing. It combines case management, in-home coaching, therapy, and community collaboration to provide long-term support. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and partner closely with Hoarding Case Managers and Therapists to help clients regain control of their living spaces and improve their quality of life.

• Develop Individualized Care Plans: Work with Hoarding Case Managers and Therapists to create a personalized care plan for each client.
• Provide In-Home Support: Meet with clients one-on-one in their homes to help with decluttering, housekeeping, and organizing belongings, in line with each client's care plan.
• Empower Lasting Change: Help clients work through the barriers that come with hoarding disorder and build sustainable habits that support long-term goals.
• Deliver Compassionate, Client-Centered Care: Provide high-quality, supportive care that treats every client with dignity and respect.
• Collaborate Across a Multidisciplinary Team: Work independently in the field while staying connected to a team of professionals so clients get the best possible care.

Salary & Benefits

$45,000-$47,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field required.
• At least six months of experience in a social service or health care setting required; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, or people with cognitive, physical, or mental health challenges preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle liability insurance of $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident required.
