Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Licensed Clinical Counselor / Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor to provide confidential counseling, crisis intervention, and employee assistance services in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) workforce. The successful candidate will provide short-term counseling, conduct assessments, respond to critical incidents, deliver resiliency training, and support employee well-being while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. This position requires an experienced behavioral health professional who can work independently in a secure government environment while collaborating with government leadership, EAP personnel, and community resources to support employee health and mission readiness.
