Clinical Research Coordinator I, Psychiatry

This position is to help coordinate an intervention study using Whole Mushroom Psilocybin for OCD. The position will involve managing IRB correspondence and applications, recruiting and scheduling participants, tracking study progress, and assisting with running participants when needed.

• Conduct and review recruitment activities, including community-based recruitment and activities.
• Work closely with participants to assist them through the various protocol elements of the research study.
• Data entry for clinical study protocols and preparation of reports.
• Assist in research coordination to include administrative support schedule coordination, intake and maintaining records/files.
• Prepare documents for submission to Research Intake and IRB, including protocols and consent forms, working with faculty, residents, external sponsors and internal departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks associated with the program. This includes assistance with all various administrative tasks within the research program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience running research participants and collecting psychological and psychophysiological data.
• Ability to manage data with Excel or Access, and ability to summarize data with descriptive statistics.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate among team members and study participants.
• Experience with clinical interviewing and screening.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
