Day & Zimmermann is seeking Hawthorne Army Depot Union & SCA employees who wish to transition to Day & Zimmermann and continue supporting operations at the facility in Hawthorne, Nevada. This posting includes the Union & SCA positions anticipated for transition. Important Information Specific duties, qualifications, work schedules, and hiring requirements will vary by position. Applicable shift differentials, overtime, holiday pay, hazard pay, standby pay, and other contractual premiums may apply separately. Compensation for this position will be established in accordance with the applicable Service Contract Act wage determination and, where applicable, the predecessor contractor's collective bargaining agreement and successor-contract requirements. The applicable wage rate, fringe benefits, and other terms of employment will be communicated to the employee prior to the employee having to make an employment decision. This incumbent-only posting is intended to support the administrative requirements of the Hawthorne Army Depot contract transition, including collecting information needed for employment, personnel, payroll, and systems setup. | |
