ABOUT THE ROLE: Children's Factory is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the day-to-day HR function and serve as a key partner to the President and organizational leaders. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the work. You'll oversee core HR activities including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits and HR administration, compliance, and employee development, while also providing strategic HR support as business needs arise. You'll lead one direct report, an HR Specialist, and be responsible for ensuring the HR function is responsive, consistent, practical, and aligned with the needs of the organization. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: This role plays an important part in how employees and leaders experience HR across the organization. You'll help managers navigate people decisions, support employees through day-to-day HR needs, and make sure key HR processes are executed effectively. As the head of HR, you'll also have direct access to the President and the opportunity to provide input on workforce needs, organizational changes, and other people-related priorities. ABOUT YOU:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is required. Experience serving as a senior HR resource in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment is preferred. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is also preferred. WHY JOIN US:
