Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform and a proven ability to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Build and support solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and established integration patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including platform security, data management, and governor limits.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities utilizing tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and governor limits.
• Hands-on experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to DevOps and automated deployment frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
