If you thrive in a collaborative environment where your expertise directly translates into widespread market impact and you're passionate about empowering others to succeed, this role is designed for you!

What You'll Do

  • Lead comprehensive sales enablement efforts by delivering tailored account lists and dynamic sales plays on a recurring cadence, providing essential call guides, competitive positioning, innovative pricing strategies, and advanced objection handling techniques.
  • Onboard and certify new partner sellers rigorously, ensuring they are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.
  • Develop highly effective, ranked, and high-propensity target lists for partner sellers, meticulously mapping coverage, identifying lapsed accounts, anticipating refresh cycles, assessing competitive risks, and uncovering lucrative attach opportunities.
  • Master the lead lifecycle by expertly routing generated opportunities to the appropriate partner sellers with relevant context and clear next steps, ensuring end-to-end status ownership and closed-loop reporting for maximum efficiency.
  • Orchestrate synergistic efforts across partner and distribution channels, proactively managing incentive programs, and contributing significantly to strategic initiatives that drive market penetration.
  • Provide robust support for pipeline management, quote activity, and KPI attainment, ensuring operational processes are finely tuned to drive exceptional sales execution and optimize business performance.

  • Strong analytical skills essential for building sophisticated account lists and effective coverage models.
  • Excellent enablement and communication skills, demonstrating effectiveness across inside sales teams, field teams, and partner leadership.
  • Comfort and capability in building new programs and strategies within ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to support a standard work week of 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with no overtime.
