Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Copywriter Supervisor / Associate Creative Director (Copy) to support high-profile commercial and launch-stage facial aesthetics brands. This role drives multi-channel creative and technical copy development across HCP and patient audiences, blending rigorous scientific accuracy with a charismatic, conversational, and premium aesthetic voice.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment supporting flagship portfolios and a major upcoming brand launch. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in high-volume, dynamic workflows, navigates the MLR/PRC review lifecycle seamlessly, and operates with a 70-80% hands-on execution focus.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Multi-Channel Copywriting (70-80%):

  • Conceptualize and write high-impact copy across print, digital, social media, video/sizzle reels, national sales meeting assets, direct sales-enablement tools (Salesforce/BDM), and clinical injection guides.
  • Translate complex clinical data and high science into accessible, inspirational, and modern language tailored specifically to healthcare providers (HCPs) in the aesthetics space.
  • Perform end-to-end referencing and annotating for claims, ensuring strict adherence to ISI, black-box guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage fast-evolving regulatory feedback (PRC/MLR), actively proposing creative solutions to claims, guidelines, and last-minute copy adjustments.

Workflow Ownership & Collaboration (15-20%):

  • Partner daily with Art Directors, Editorial, Traffic, and Account partners to deliver integrated creative concepts on schedule.
  • Prioritize deliverables autonomously amid competing deadlines, erratic launch cycles, and fluctuating brand volumes.
  • Co-lead presentations of creative concepts internally and externally, articulating strategic rationale and scientific justification.
  • Utilize pharma-standard workflows and asset management systems, including Veeva PromoMats.

Mentorship & Day-to-Day Copy Leadership (5-10%):

  • Serve as a senior sounding board for peer writers-reviewing drafts, troubleshooting PRC comments, and guiding tactical execution (no formal HR performance reviews).
  • Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment during high-intensity launches phases.
