About the Role

As a pivotal leader, you will guide an engineering team through new, complex integration projects, balancing hands-on technical engagement with strategic oversight. Your ability to translate intricate technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for non-technical stakeholders will be crucial, fostering seamless collaboration across all levels. This role calls for a hands-on leader who thrives in an Agile environment, consistently seeking new ideas and ensuring smooth execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor an engineering team, ensuring successful navigation and delivery of new software integration projects.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable concepts for diverse stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance, diving into details alongside the team when needed to overcome challenges.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth execution across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, with a strong technical background and demonstrated management experience.
• Proven knowledge of coding, web architecture, C#, and Python.
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering a strong, collaborative team-player mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience within the utility sector.
• Prior hands-on history or familiarity with OneTrust.
