Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Position Details

The Program Director oversees the delivery, quality, and quantity of supportive living services for assigned consumers. This role provides leadership and oversight of consumer service planning, clinical documentation, case management processes, and program operations while ensuring services promote independent living skills, community integration, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide oversight of supportive living services, including consumer training and ongoing assessment in areas such as nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, transportation, social interaction, healthcare, and vocational or educational needs.
  • Ensure service plans are developed and implemented with active participation from consumers and significant others, as appropriate, to support the development of independent living skills.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment documentation, correspondence, and service logs in compliance with state, county, and organizational policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and support effective crisis intervention efforts to promote consumer safety, minimize harm, and facilitate positive resolutions.
  • Coordinate and monitor consumer linkage to needed services and community-based resources in accordance with treatment planning goals.
  • Oversee program operations, including service quality and delivery standards, case openings and closings, information updates, and participation in Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in mental health, behavioral health, social services, or a related human services setting.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Prior experience supervising staff is preferred.
