The Role:

Entegris is currently seeking a Pilot Line Supervisor (R&D Manufacturing ) to join our Gas Filter & Diffuser R&D team. This position will be based in our Bedford, MA facility.

In this role, you will lead a fast-paced pilot production operation responsible for manufacturing specialized gas filters and diffusers supporting customer-specific and product development activities. You will oversee day-to-day production operations, supervise technicians, manage materials and production schedules, and ensure the safe, efficient, and timely execution of manufacturing builds.

You will work closely with engineering to coordinate development builds, resolve manufacturing issues, and implement process improvements in a dynamic production environment. Experience with SAP is important, including production planning, work order management, BOM and routing maintenance, inventory transactions, and maintaining accurate manufacturing data. You will also partner with supply chain and vendors to support material availability and on-time delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Day-to-day oversight of apilot production lineresponsible for products sold directly to customers

• Direct managementof Engineering Techswhich requireson-the-floor presence onmanufacturingline.

• Aidsengineering in continuous improvement and new product introduction including support of new product design, process development,equipmentand process validations.

• Tracks, monitors,and communicates status ofprototype/production buildsin progress. Communicate expected delivery dates to customer service/product management.Reacts to changing customer needs.

• Troubleshoot andidentifypotential solutions fordefects, safetyissuesor general operating inefficiencies within the production processes.

• Able toutilizecomputer systems tomanagematerial inventory movement, processtransactionsand quality management processes.

• Able tocreate/edit/followspecifications, work orders, andSOP'sin coordination with development engineers.Will also provide feedback, updates and assist in redliningsamedocuments.

• Work directly with vendors to coordinate prototype builds, including vendor site visits ifrequired

• Excellent attention to detail, good organization, communication skills and capable of leading and directing other team members.Coordinate meetings asrequired.

• Able to work inteamenvironment and cross functional teams to troubleshoot issues,identifyand implement corrective actions.

• Safely follow standard operating procedures including but not limited to material handling, record keeping, process spec and ensuring all team members are adhering to proper PPE.

• Create and Update Standard Operating Procedures.

• UnderstandandpromoteLean Manufacturing Conceptsis a Plus.

What We Seek

• 2-yr associate degreeintechnicalfield.Bachelor'sdegree would be a plus.

• 3+ years' experiencein manufacturing setting.Experience in leadership role a plus

• Cleanroom experiencea plus.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Understanding and proficient use of Excel,SAPand other software necessary to support engineering and manage scheduling/production orders/inventory tracking

• Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.

• Idealcandidate will havekeeneye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, andpossessa positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• This job requires the ability to stand for longperiods.

• Ability to work hands-on in a lab environment for half the time, and at a desk half the time.

• Use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and you must be able to move throughout the department/facility.

• Able to lift 50lbs.

• Compensation: $76,000- $95,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
