We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator with a passion for learning and development? Step into a pivotal role where your operational expertise will directly shape the learning experiences of a dynamic product creation organization. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of impactful training programs, driving skill advancement, and fostering a culture of innovation that touches every aspect of product excellence. Your contributions will directly enhance the capabilities of teams, accelerating development and bringing transformative ideas to life.

What You Will Do



  • Serve as a key operational partner, ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, content development initiatives, and learner experiences.
  • Manage processes, maintain operational standards, and drive efficiencies that improve program delivery and scalability.
  • Enhance the accessibility, awareness, and adoption of technical training resources.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data, feedback, and process optimization to elevate learning experiences and strengthen technical expertise across the organization.
  • Collaborate with teammates and technical subject matter experts to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences aligned to technical priorities and organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and launch instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and immersive training programs that build technical capabilities across the product creation organization.
  • Ensure learning experiences are engaging, accessible, and effective in driving skill development and business impact through strong execution, organization, and partnership.
  • Support the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs and training experiences and initiatives.
  • Coordinate instructional activities, exercises, and logistics for classes and programs.
  • Assist in gathering feedback, developing criteria, and evaluating training effectiveness to inform content and experience improvements.
  • Maintain and update learning content, resources, and training materials under the guidance of team leads.
  • Help develop and maintain supplemental learning assets, including job aids, checklists, quick reference guides, and user resources.
  • Manage project plans, program playbooks and documentation, and operational processes to support successful program delivery.
  • Create communications, schedules, dashboards, and status updates that provide visibility into program milestones and progress for team and stakeholders.
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and next steps, ensuring timely communication with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to completion with proactive communication with project sponsors, teammates, and stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Research and evaluate learning technologies, digital tools, and platforms that enhance and modernize learner engagement, accessibility, training content, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Coordinate classroom operations, including training materials, inventory, supplies, AV prep, learning environment, and instructor readiness.
  • Ensure inclusive learning practices across learning experiences and resources.
  • Partner with leaders and internal experts throughout Design, Innovation, and Operations organizations.


What You Bring



  • 3-4 years of experience in Program Management or Operations and logistics in a learning environment.
  • Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience, and training.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver outcomes.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail; highly organized and analytical.
  • Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify needs, research solutions, and drive appropriate actions.
  • Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, whiteboarding and database tools.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Advanced Excel).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic self-starter with a strong results orientation.
  • A background on a training team is very helpful.
