Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE 10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience NO CONTRACT Unit Details: Bed Numbers: 18 Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4:1 Patient Population: stepdown possible cardiovascular patient/ neurosurgical patients, cardiac drips set rates, some stable insulin drips, post procedural patients, cardioversions, bipap, airvo, chest tubes, post pacemaker insertions, post CABg patients, BLS/ ACLS, NIHSS, common diagnosis of CHF, COPD, CKD Qualifications:
