Position Details:
Position Details: Coordinates and oversees the Nursing Residency Transition-to-Practice Program for new graduate nurses and nurses transitioning into specialty practice areas. Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the residency program and curriculum, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practice, organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and professional development standards. Collaborates with nursing leaders, educators, preceptors, and clinical staff to provide evidence-based learning experiences that promote clinical competence, professional growth, engagement, and retention. Leads continuous program improvement efforts and ensures curriculum content remains current, relevant, and responsive to the needs of participants and the organization.
