Position Overview:

This role is
responsible for the sales growth and implementation of treasury solutions to
commercial clients and prospects. The position coordinates the onboarding and
training of customers in "New" Commercial Product Solutions,
including integrated payables and integrated receivables, among others. It
partners with the Treasury Commercial Product Manager to ensure that client
needs are met through quality service delivery. Additionally, this role
provides post-implementation follow-up, product usage support, quality control
of billing, and identifies cross-selling opportunities to optimize client
relationships.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and coordinate implementation calls with stakeholders (e.g., Client, Banker, Treasury Sales Officer, Treasury Operations Specialist, outside vendors) to facilitate seamless product delivery, ensuring active participation of all parties.
  • Monitor and track the progress of product implementation in coordination with Operations and Vendors using Gantt charts or similar project management tools.
  • Facilitate client training for all depository and treasury products partnering with treasury sales.
  • Drive the sales growth of treasury solutions through a proactive calling effort, leveraging leads from internal partners and personal development of outside prospects.
  • Assist the Treasury Commercial Product Manager (CPM) with referrals for new treasury solutions, including Integrated Payables and Receivables.
  • Lead and schedule client sales presentations and product implementations, coordinating with all involved parties (Client, Banker, Treasury Sales Officer, Treasury Operations Specialist, and external vendors).
  • Act as the primary liaison with treasury services to ensure timely setup of new CPM requests. Provide support for client inquiries related to the setup process.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews at regular intervals (30 days, 60 days) to ensure client satisfaction and the optimal usage of products and services.
  • Evaluate operational aspects of ACH Origination and Remote Deposit Capture. Initiate the approval process for product exposure limits and advise underwriting teams on the appropriateness of exposure levels requested by clients.
  • Regularly review and report on client analysis statements to ensure accurate billing. Address and resolve complex account analysis questions raised by clients.
  • Periodically review analysis statements for cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
  • Coordinate annual relationship reviews and product training sessions between Bankers and Treasury Sales teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Stay informed of ongoing product development initiatives and guide product opportunities to align with client needs.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and data mining tools to develop targeted prospect lists, focusing on industries, companies, and firms within the Bank's strategic markets.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.


Experience & Education:

  • 5 years of bank customer contact and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively with peers to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, with experience delivering presentations to small groups.
  • 5 years of experience in bank operations or treasury management operations is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of treasury management sales experience within a bank is preferred.
  • Membership in the SA Treasury Management Association or Association of Financial Professionals is a plus.
  • A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to coordinate complex client implementations.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management products and services, including ACH Origination and Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing client billing statements to ensure accurate charges and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including prospecting and cross-selling within existing client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate operational risks and recommend appropriate product exposure limits.
  • Ability to adapt to new product developments and guide clients through product adoption processes.
  • Experience with delivering and managing client training programs for treasury solutions.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.
  • Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required.
