TSC is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong focus on requirements development and requirements management. This position supports the Radar & Precision Weapons Division located in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional teams to develop system level architecture and requirements to include performance, functional and interface requirements
  • Allocate and decompose system level requirements to lower-level subsystem/assembly specifications
  • Plan and trace requirement verification activities and results
  • Develop and deliver Specifications, Interface Control Drawings (ICDs), analysis reports and presentations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, or Engineering related field
  • 0-3 years experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplined engineering team
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering
  • 3-5 years of systems engineering experience
  • Familiarity with using IBM DOORs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
