• Estimate projects.
• Perform all aspects of the job and provide training to crew members.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Teach, coach, and work with the team in a constructive manner.
• Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in the field or outside normal hours).
• Organize and schedule a team to maintain efficient productivity.
• Ensure safety training and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Mobilize crew and equipment as needed.
• Conduct weekly safety and planning meetings with crew.
• Actively lead any recommended or mandatory training.
  

• Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of seal coating and/or asphalt paving.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• High level of reasoning abilities (i.e. Meeting deadlines, Prioritize Company and customer needs, serving as a leader to both peers and direct reports).
• Transportation to and from work and travel to various job locations as needed.
• Possess excellent communication skills and understand instructions in both written and verbal forms.
• Dependability and reliability by showing up to scheduled shifts on time and being prepared for work.
• A positive attitude ensures productive working relationships with co-workers and management.
• Continuous exposure to weather conditions, including heat, cold, noise, dusty conditions, and working outdoors.
