Role Objective

  • Oversee training and on-boarding of all new GOJO Installation Team and Field Project Specialist members.
  • Serve as on-site lead installer for SMARTLINK installations.
  • Support the selling team as a "subject matter expert" on the end to end dispenser installation process.
  • Serve as project manager on installations.
  • Complete complex customer site assessments and install GOJO/PURELL Dispensers at end user locations.
  • Support other activities as needed to strengthen and extend GOJO's presence in dispensing systems markets

Essential Functions and Responsibilities



    • Provide on-site technical leadership for all installations and service support to address urgent needs
    • Deliver installation and site assessment training (remote and on-site) to current and new hires. This includes creating training materials and tools that will be used during on-boarding.
    • Evaluate candidates for ability to install dispensers and complete site assessments
    • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the GOJO field team processes.
    • Perform on-site audits to identify quality opportunities for continuous improvement
    • Participate and perform installations with the installation Team.
    • Participate and preform site assessments with field project specialist team
    • Participate on cross functional projects and assignments within GOJO to develop processes/procedures that will drive efficiency, reduce cost and create customer satisfaction.
    • Meet with management to review metrics, budget, quality results, establish goals/targets, acknowledge standouts, as well as focus on areas of opportunities and development.
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of services/products that GOJO offers their customer.
    • Identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures
    • Other duties as assigned



Education and Experience



    • 2-year technical degree required or equivalent education/work experience
    • Minimum of 1 year installation or related experience
    • CAPM or PMP Certification a plus
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to obtain healthcare facility credentialing as required.
    • Must pass necessary background checks and screenings and be willing to get all necessary inoculations.



Supervision/Coordination

This individual contributor position reports to the Field Service Installation Manager

Overnight Travel - 50% or greater - required
Valid driver's license required with acceptable points limit attained

Compensation & Benefits

The expected starting pay for this role is between - per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
