Job Description: Amplify is seeking part-time Leadership Consultants with experience leading instructional improvement, curriculum implementation, organizational change, and district strategy. Leadership Consultants partner with district leaders to translate ambitious goals into practical decisions, implementation plans, and sustained action that improves outcomes for educators and students. This role is an opportunity for experienced education leaders, strategy consultants, implementation experts, and senior professional learning leaders to serve as trusted thought partners to district leadership teams. Leadership Consultants bring strategic perspective, instructional expertise, facilitation skill, and the ability to navigate complex systems with credibility and care. Essential Responsibilities: Leadership Consultants will lead high-value engagements with district leaders, helping partners build the conditions for coherent, impactful and sustainable implementation. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Time commitment: Leadership Consultants are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Engagements and schedules depend on customer demand and may include preparation, virtual meetings, onsite working sessions, travel, and follow-up deliverables. Specific dates, time commitments, and engagement requirements will be communicated based on partner needs. Hours aren't guaranteed beyond onboarding and will vary week to week. Location & Travel: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US, and possess a valid US driver's license. If selected, you may be asked to deliver sessions throughout the country based on business needs. Candidates must live within 60 miles of a major metropolitan airport. This role may involve remote and onsite work with district partners. Travel to customer locations is required and is considered an essential function of the job. Travel may include overnight hotel stays and transportation by car, plane, and/or public transportation, sometimes with minimal advanced notice. Consultants must be able to meet the travel and onsite requirements associated with assigned engagements. All travel-related expenses for delivery are initially paid by the Leadership Consultant, including lodging and daily meals. Reimbursement for eligible travel expenses, including mileage when driving a personal vehicle and compensation for travel time, will be processed approximately 2-3 weeks following submission of the applicable expense reimbursement requests. Compliance: Applicants are responsible for ensuring that participation as a Leadership Consultant complies with their school or district's policies regarding outside employment, moonlighting, and conflicts of interest. Applicants should not work as a Leadership Consultant while simultaneously teaching and/or leading in a school or district when doing so would conflict with applicable policies. Contract Employment: This role is part of Amplify's part time contingent workforce. Contingent workers are hired on a temporary, contractual basis to provide specialized services and expertise. You will be employed by a staffing agency, not directly by Amplify. Opportunities to deliver leadership offerings are contingent upon business demand and require Consultants to remain in good standing based on overall performance, professionalism, and customer feedback. Compensation: Leadership Consultants are compensated at different rates depending on the type of work performed:
