The Project Controls Scheduler supports the planning, development, and maintenance of integrated project schedules for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects. This role develops and updates logic-driven schedules, monitors schedule performance, and provides routine reporting and analysis to support effective project execution and decision-making. The Project Controls Scheduler works closely with project managers, engineering, construction, procurement, and other stakeholders to maintain schedule accuracy, identify potential risks and impacts, and ensure alignment with project objectives. The role applies established scheduling standards and contributes to the continuous improvement of project controls tools, processes, and reporting practices. Minimum Requirements
Major Accountabilities
1) Develops and maintains logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 across assigned T&D projects, including substations, overhead and underground transmission, and distribution feeders. Statuses activities weekly with input from project managers (PM), engineers and construction leads, updating progress, actual dates and remaining durations. Develops Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity coding, calendars, milestones, and logic ties on new schedules with senior review. Aligns schedule structure with the project controls cost structure so data ties cleanly between schedule and cost. Export Compliance / EEO Statement
