"I can succeed as the Senior Manager, AI Client Enablement Platform at Capital Group."

The Senior Manager, AI Client Enablement Platform owns the shared AI capabilities that power Capital Group's suite of AI-enabled products for our Global Client teams. This role defines the Enablement Intelligence Platform - the reusable intelligence that turns Client data into scoring and coverage intelligence, meeting-prep context, follow-up and CRM-capture services, engagement signals, and the marketing orchestration, retrieval, guardrails, and evaluation standards behind them - so every AI-enabled product builds on it. It is a business-facing product leadership role: you define business requirements, value, product architecture, builder experience, and priorities, and you partner with engineering, architecture, product management, and data science to build it safely, consistently, and at scale.

You own the platform, its shared capabilities, and the roadmap for a suite of AI client products and the sales & marketing experiences they power - products that help decide who to engage, how to prepare, and what to do next. Much of this capability is delivered through our multi-year program to transform Sales & Marketing Enablement experiences and products.

You will use Capital Group's proprietary insights, client relationships, and enterprise data to create client enablement products that are differentiated and trusted. The role requires strong experience building AI-first products and platforms, practical fluency with Salesforce or enterprise CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, and the ability to influence and align partners across a complex organization.

What you will build
  • The Enablement Intelligence Platform: the shared AI capabilities - scoring and coverage intelligence, meeting-prep context, follow-up and CRM-capture services, engagement signals, and the orchestration, retrieval, and guardrails behind them - that all AI-enabled products reuse.
  • A suite of AI products that help decide who to engage, how to prepare, and what to do next.
  • Reusable capabilities - including governed data and content services, orchestration patterns, model and workflow integrations, and builder-facing tools - that compound across products, channels, and client segments.
"I am the person Capital Group is looking for." AI Platform & Product Leadership
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Client Enablement Intelligence Platform and the AI seller-assist products and sales experiences it powers.
  • Provide the shared AI capabilities as governed, reusable services rather than one-off features rebuilt in each product.
  • Define the product architecture for the platform, including orchestration patterns, reusable AI services, governed data and content services, model and workflow integrations, and the builder experience required for teams to build safely and consistently.
  • Sequence the platform-first mandate: establish the core capabilities first, then the sales experiences built on them.
  • Determine where automation, agents, and human judgment should combine to create the greatest value, and set standards for how AI experiences behave across products.
  • Translate AI opportunities into practical product use cases, experiments, evaluation criteria, launch plans, monitoring routines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Make informed trade-offs across business value, user needs, platform investment, delivery capacity, AI opportunity, and operational risk when setting priorities.
Product Management & Delivery
  • Align with business partners on the outcomes that matter and translate them into clear product direction, requirements, and measurable results.
  • Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation so the team builds the right capabilities before committing to build.
  • Author clear product requirements that map pain-points to platform features and workflows, and keep data flowing cleanly across products so sellers get one unified experience.
  • Own launch readiness, adoption, training, and communications, and measure success in Capital Group terms - meeting-prep time saved, engagement quality, coverage, and adoption across teams.
  • Establish success measures for platform health, builder adoption, AI adoption, experience quality, and business performance, using those insights to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance so client-data use and generative content strictly align with financial-services requirements.
People & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with the Insights, Analytics, and Data Science teams, and the broader product organization on shared solutions and experiences.
  • Frame strategies, target metrics, and evaluation criteria.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, building alignment without relying on direct authority.
  • Communicate strategy, priorities, roadmap, and results to leaders and stakeholders to support informed decisions and organizational alignment.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that encourages accountability, strong product craft, design taste, responsible experimentation, and continuous learning.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • 10+ years of product management, including platform product management - building shared, reusable capabilities that other teams build on.
  • Strong experience building AI-first products and platforms - generative AI, agents and copilots, prompt and retrieval techniques, and evaluation.
  • Practical fluency with Salesforce or enterprise CRM capabilities, Adobe, and a strong understanding of enterprise client workflows and systems of record.
  • Strong product judgment and design taste, with the ability to distinguish good from great experiences and raise the bar for usability, trust, accessibility, and end-to-end experience quality.
  • Experience defining AI evaluation, monitoring, feedback, and governance practices that help teams test, launch, learn from, and scale AI-enabled capabilities responsibly.
  • Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence - leading across Business, Platform, Engineering, Data Science, and Insights & Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration, with a natural ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing skills - able to rationalize, challenge, and prioritize to drive group decisions.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a collaborative, team-first approach consistent with Capital Group's culture.
Preferred:
  • Software, Technology, Financial services, asset management, or wealth management experience.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, responsible-AI practices, and financial-services compliance and resilience for enterprise platforms.
