Within the US DIB OU, the Executive Office team is a small, collaborative team that is responsible for collectively supporting the US DIB OU end-to-end. We are seeking an experienced professional to partner with the US DIB Chief of Staff, US DIB Executive Office, and US DIB Leader to support our US DIB OU. Responsibilities Role Overview: The US DIB Sr Business Managerwill drive prioritization, create clarity, and ensure internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances. They will support and enable a healthy team/organization and promote culture initiatives aligned to defined People Strategy, (D&I) plan, and the Americas Organization cultural pillars. Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
