We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives.

No previous insurance experience is required, and you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply.

This is a fully remote, phone-based sales opportunity. Representatives speak with prospective clients, identify their life insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and assist qualified clients with the application process.

Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients by phone
• Conduct life insurance appointments through telesales
• Identify client needs, goals, and budgets
• Explain available life insurance products and coverage options
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate client information
• Participate in virtual training and team meetings
• Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

• Coachable and willing to learn

• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license

Licensing

An insurance license is not required to apply.

Before conducting insurance sales, representatives must obtain and maintain the appropriate insurance license for the state or states in which they conduct insurance business. Licensing requirements vary by state.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only sales opportunity.

There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Compensation is based on individual sales production and applicable commission schedules. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results.
