Job summary

The Project Manager- Procurement is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives and managing end-to-end procurement processes across diverse categories, with a key focus on COE and Technology. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders across departments and managing supplier relationships to create measurable value and drive sustainable savings.

Responsibilities



  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across diverse categories including Marketing, Production, Technology, and Professional Services.
  • Facilitate procurement processes from opportunity identification through contract execution and supplier optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in finance, legal, and operations to align procurement priorities.
  • Build relationships across the organization to expedite procurement initiatives and support business colleagues.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business unit leads.
  • Create measurable value by reducing costs and managing supplier demand.
  • Ensure operational proficiency and lead to sustainable savings.
  • Enable data-driven decision making by analyzing complex data sets and generating actionable insights.
  • Drive supplier risk management and compliance to safeguard the supply base and ensure governance adherence.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement in procurement practices.
  • Explore creative applications of technology and AI to improve processes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
  • Promote teamwork across functions to align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and champion strategic initiatives.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
  • Demonstrated data-driven financial acumen and modeling experience.
  • Success operating with agility, prioritizing strategically, and delivering results in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.


Schedule

Role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, 5 days per week.

Location

Open to Los Angeles, California; New York, New York; and Nashville, Tennessee locations.
