You Are:

UST is searching for a Technical Project Manager Program and Project Delivery with strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance practices.

The opportunity:

* Program and Project Delivery

* Plan, execute, monitor, and close large-scale infrastructure, application, and integration projects according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations

* Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, resource needs, dependencies, and critical path in partnership with senior management and stakeholders

* Develop and maintain integrated project plans, communication plans, budget proposals, status reports, requirements documentation, and executive presentations

* Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, financials, decisions, and benefits realization throughout the project lifecycle

* Lead planning and execution of IT integration activities across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and business process domains

* Integration & Enterprise Systems

* Coordinate integration across enterprise platforms and business systems, including D365 CRM, SAP Finance, Ariba, Vertex, local procurement, production, invoicing, and shipping capabilities

* Partner with legal, finance, tax, real estate, regulatory, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial stakeholders to align delivery with business and compliance requirements

* Work across manufacturing, engineering, product, and IT teams to ensure infrastructure and application changes support factory, design, and engineering continuity

* Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

* Serve as a trusted liaison to executive leadership, steering committees, business units, global IT teams, external partners, and third-party vendors

* Provide clear, concise, and action-oriented updates that support timely decision-making, escalation management, and alignment across matrixed teams

* Build, develop, and sustain business relationships critical to project success

* Change, Risk, Governance & Vendor Management

* Lead change management activities that support user adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure smooth transitions for impacted teams

* Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential crises early; develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and escalation paths

* Manage third-party vendors, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional contributors to ensure accountability, quality delivery, and positive project outcomes

* Ensure project and integration activities comply with IT governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and applicable regulatory standards

* Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

* Manage and maintain the enterprise Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance

* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Configuration Management processes and best practices

* Design, maintain, and optimize a centralized management database for infrastructure assets, applications, and services

* Collaborate with Infrastructure, Operations, Service Management, and Application teams to maintain configuration item (CI) relationships and dependencies

* Perform CMDB audits, data reconciliation, and health checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies

* Develop governance standards, reporting, and metrics for CMDB and asset management processes

* Support incident, problem, change, and asset management functions through accurate configuration data

* Integrate infrastructure monitoring, discovery, and asset management tools with the CMDB

* Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into infrastructure assets and service dependencies

* Participate in infrastructure transformation and automation initiatives

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Program Management, or a related discipline

* 8+ years of IT project or program management experience, including experience managing infrastructure, integration, or enterprise application projects

* 3+ years leading global integration, large-scale system integration, or data migration initiatives

* Required Experience & Knowledge

* Enterprise IT & Infrastructure

* Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments including: Servers (Windows/Linux), Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Network infrastructure, Storage and virtualization technologies

* Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Incident, Asset, and Configuration Management

* Configuration Management & CMDB

* 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Configuration Management, or CMDB Administration

* Hands-on experience with CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow CMDB or similar solutions

* Experience with configuration item (CI) lifecycle management and relationship mapping

* Experience with discovery, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring tools

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data governance skills

* Project & Program Management

* Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, risk management, issue management, budget management, change management, and project communications

* Strong familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies and project management tools

* Proven experience managing projects with executive visibility, cross-border teams, matrixed stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and contractors

* Leadership & Communication

* Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate under pressure, exercise mature judgment, and influence without direct authority

* Strong communication skills for executive-level updates and stakeholder engagement

* Preferred Qualifications

* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

* Experience developing, institutionalizing, or improving standards, frameworks, playbooks, and delivery practices for complex IT programs

* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across matrixed, global teams



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Texas

Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
